Return and Warranty Policies
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the item was shipped correctly, customer covers shipping costs.
All returns require RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Contact us at email@example.com before sending out your merchandise. All orders shipped without RMA will not be eligible for a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
All products made and sold directly by iMediaNY have up to 180 days of warranty.
Orders within 30 days from the date of shipment can request an exchange or a refund (restocking fee of 20% might apply). If the products turn out to be defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) after 30 days and within 180 days since shipment, customers can only get a replacement from Cavalli Bianchi. After 180 days from the shipment date, customers will not be allowed to send the defective unit back to Cavalli Bianchi.
Extended warranty for up to 5 years might be purchased separately.
Please note that Cavalli Bianchi does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
- Product that is configured to your specifications, including personalized products.
